Refund Policy

In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:


1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at shewevaes24@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action

3. Any customised order cannot be exchanged or returned

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up

5. Once your return has been authorised, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase.  Please make sure the product is  unwashed or unused

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of She Weaves24@gmail.com
